- Students define their ISP at the beginning of each academic year, at the latest on October 15th, using the KU Leuven ISP database, and in line with the commonly agreed program structure. For the second year the students also register in the local database of the university where they are studying. The ISP is approved by the programme coordinator at the latest on November 15th.
- The ISP list of courses and corresponding credits and obtained scores for the first year students is sent to the coordinator of the second year university as soon as the results are available, and preferably before the start of the second year.
- If there is a problem with the ISP of an individual student, the coordinator of the university for which there is a problem contacts the programme coordinator to discuss and solve the problem as soon as possible.
