Individual Study Programs

Individual Study Programs (ISP)

Students define their ISP at the beginning of the academic year, according to the local procedures, and in line with the commonly agreed program structure. If courses are overlapping, but obligatory for the local university, students should contact the local program director to see if his/her knowledge is sufficient. The ISP is approved by the local program directors according to the local procedures.

The ISP list of courses and corresponding credits and obtained scores for the first year students is sent to the coordinator of the second year university as soon as the results are available, and before the start of the second year. Based on these courses the ISP-program for the second year is made and approved by the Program director of the second year University.

The ISP list of courses and corresponding credits for the second year students is sent to the coordinator of their first year university as soon as possible after the start of the academic year. The latter one has to formally approve the ISP at the latest on November 12.

If there is a problem with the ISP of an individual student, the coordinator of the university for which there is a problem contacts the other one to discuss and solve the problem as soon as possible.
